Stay grounded
Responsible Betting
No promotion or mathematical model removes the possibility of losing money. Anti Vegas is an organizational and analytical tool, not a gambling operator or a substitute for support.
Choose a fixed limit
Decide in advance how much you can afford to lose without affecting rent, bills, savings, or other essentials. Keep that bankroll separate from everyday money. A larger displayed opportunity is not a reason to increase your limit. Track both open bets and actual results so you understand your exposure.
Notice when betting stops feeling optional
Losses happen even when a bet looks favorable. Do not raise stakes to win losses back, borrow to bet, or continue because a reward is about to expire. Take a break if betting feels stressful, secretive, or hard to stop. Consider setting deposit and time limits in each betting app.
Use the protections in your state
Sports betting rules and self-exclusion programs differ by state. Your state gaming regulator and the betting app can explain account limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may apply across licensed operators; read the terms before enrolling. Anti Vegas cannot close or limit your betting-app accounts for you.
Get confidential help
In the U.S., the National Council on Problem Gambling provides a 24/7 helpline: call or text 1-800-MY-RESET, or use its online chat. Its help page can connect you with local resources. For an immediate crisis, call or text 988; for immediate danger, call 911. These services are independent of Anti Vegas.
