These terms describe Anti Vegas as an informational software service. They are a draft for owner and legal review before public launch; they are not sportsbook terms.
What the service provides
Anti Vegas offers tracking, price-comparison, and promotion-planning tools. It does not accept wagers, execute bets, hold gambling funds, or act as your agent at a betting app. Any examples, calculations, or suggestions are informational, not financial or legal advice or a promise of profit.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with applicable age, location, and gambling laws, maintaining control of your account, and checking current sportsbook terms and odds before acting. Do not use the service to bypass betting-app restrictions, impersonate someone, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, or access another user’s data. If you believe your account has been compromised or need to discuss account access, email support@antivegas.win. Do not include your password or session details.
Accuracy and availability
Odds, start times, eligibility, rewards, and settlement rules can change or be incomplete. Saved prices may be stale even when a feed recently updated. The service may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. You should not rely on it as the sole source for a financial decision or as proof that any wager will be accepted or settled as modeled.
Content and limits
Anti Vegas’s software, design, and original content remain with their respective rights holders. You retain responsibility for the records and screenshots you submit. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is offered without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of any betting outcome, and the operator is not responsible for losses from wagers you independently place. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived. Final entity, governing-law, dispute, refund, and liability language requires legal review before public launch.
